Owner and Principal - Dr George Jacobs

Dr George Jacobs has a PhD in Agriculture from Sydney University.
He has provided the leadership and guidance for running the Mogul herd since 1968.

Dr Jacobs was a committee member and office bearer of the NSW Branch of the ABBA for 25 years from 1970, and was a co-opted councillor of the Federal ABBA from 1980 to 1988.

He is a senior judge for the Australian Brahman Breeders Association (ABBA), having judged Feature Shows at Ipswich, Toowoomba and Cloncurry over a period of 25 years. He judged over 250 head of cattle at Rockhampton in 1984.

In 2003 Dr Jacobs was awarded Life Membership of the ABBA.

Dr Jacobs lives in Sydney and is a medical practitioner specialising in psychiatry.

    • Stud Manager - Mr Rick Dorey

    Mr Rick Dorey has been in charge of the day to day running of Mogul Brahman Stud since July 2023.

    He grew up in Stanthorpe Queensland and has had many years experience in working with cattle and managing AI, ET and IVF programs.

    We welcome Rick, Kellie and their enthusiastic family.
